I was planning to move here due to Californias excessive restrictions.

The place is in Navajo County, Arizona.
I can get a temporary permit, while building, for a travel trailer.
For 1 year, renewable up to 2 times as needed.
According to information I found on another web site, the phone company will run a phone line up to 1/2 mile at no charge.
I did talk to the power company, and they tell me that they will run power up to 1,000 feet free.
I was not able to get an idea as to what it would cost to have power run in.
It is just a bit under 1/2 mile to the closest power lines.
